1. Define the service channel and scope. Identify which of the seven ONE IT service channels your task touches (Application Management, Business Solutions Delivery, Infrastructure & Operations, Information Security, Data Management, IT Governance, or TBM). Project management support is required across all service channels and task orders.
2. Send the requirement to Pyramid. Draft a performance work statement (PWS) covering scope, period of performance, deliverables, and acceptance criteria. E-mail it to [email protected] and Pyramid’s Contracts team will respond with the ONE IT ordering officer point of contact.
3. Issue the task order. Award the task order against contract 50310219D0012 following SEC ONE IT ordering procedures. Pyramid mobilizes the delivery team and stands up program management across the affected service channels.
