1. Build your statement of work. Each service order should be accompanied by a performance-based statement of work (SOW) or performance work statement (PWS) to Pyramid clearly indicating: scope of work, place and period of performance, deliverables schedule, and acceptance criteria (if applicable).
2. Send the order to Pyramid. If you estimate the order will exceed $10,000 (the micro-purchase threshold), send the service order and SOW to Pyramid through [email protected]. For orders exceeding $500,000, the order form should also be provided to additional GSA MAS contractors.
3. Place the order. Attach the SOW/PWS to one of your agency’s approved order forms — Standard Form 1449 or GSA Form 300 — and issue the order.

IT Schedule 70 is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. Schedule 70 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, providing direct access to products and services from more than 5,000 certified industry partners.

In 2019 GSA consolidated all 24 Multiple Award Schedules — including IT Schedule 70 — into a single GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS). Pyramid Systems holds the same prime contract under MAS that customers know as IT Schedule 70.
