Pyramid’s own internal operations are guided by a combination of CMMI® Maturity Level 3 and ISO 9001 formal processes and practices ensuring quality assurance and quality control of our work. In addition, Pyramid’s Earned Value Management System (EVMS) has been certified as compliant with the American National Standards Institute/Electronic Industries Alliance (ANSI/EIA)-748.

Pyramid offers a broad set of quality management services for our clients, such as:

  • Developing, documenting, and implementing effective quality assurance and quality control procedures. We work with our clients to establish, formalize, and strengthen quality standards, as well as to apply organizational procedures and standards for quality.
  • Participating in informal and formal quality reviews, requirements and test management, functional testing, performance testing, code quality reviews, and other activities. This service enables Pyramid to enhance internal quality teams and processes.
  • Offering extensive experience in the use of automated software performance measurement and quality testing tools, such as IBM Rational, for outstanding assistance and support.
