PROGRAM/PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Pyramid's Program/Project Management Services division is responsible for providing analytical, administrative, and management support services to client management and program personnel.

These services include:

• PMO Setup and Operations
• Independent Project Management Assessment
• Project Quality Assurance
• Performance Management
• Independent Monitoring
• Program Management Training

With the program management services provided here at Pyramid, we are able to participate in the most fundamental aspects of our organization's growth. We are able to better understand the vision of an organization, as well as realize the needs of the staff tasked in order to implement that vision. In addition, our project organization allows for open staff involvement, whatever their responsibility, to work effectively together.

Information technology, infrastructure management, and program management define our divisional structure. The services provided under each division are carried out in coordination with Pyramid's executive leadership to foster enrichment among all involved.

Grants Support Services

In addition to above services, we also focus on other program management services such as grants support services. We provide grants management services in support of formula and discretionary grant programs administered by federal agencies. Service offerings in this area are geared to support internal grants management workflow processes, grant applicant outreach and communication support, and the development and maintenance of information systems that support grants implementation processes. Our staff possesses significant knowledge and experience in e-grants reinvention initiatives, federal agency program implementation issues, the concerns of grants program constituents, and OMB requirements.

• Support for the development of policies relating to federal grants service center operations
• Clearinghouse services to provide information support to federal grants applicants
