The Grants Management Process (GMP) System was designed to ensure that funds are being expended properly and to provide information on recipient progress. Pyramid was tasked to perform a full lifecycle development effort to gather requirements, design, develop, and implement an intranet system that automated the manual workflow for CPD's grantee monitoring approval process, create a web-based version of the CPD Grantee Monitoring Handbook, and provide reporting capability.

Princeton Review

The Princeton Review desired to replace their existing student counseling system as a result of public education systems increasing the importance of effective, up to date, stable Internet delivery of student counseling and tracking capabilities. There was an increased emphasis on teachers and administrators to be explicitly planning and tracking student progress against defined educational, career and college goals. The increased burden on school counselors and administrators created by these new mandates was the impetus for a new student counseling system to replace the old one.
