Fairfax, Virginia -- Pyramid Systems, Inc. (Pyramid) has just received award of a performance-based contract to provide the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of Multifamily Housing (MFH) with systems development, corrective and adaptive systems maintenance, operational oversight, and infrastructure support for the Multifamily Delinquency and Default Reporting (MDDR) system. Pyramid will be providing the full spectrum of support including project management, training, and help desk activities.
The MDDR system electronically collects, tracks, and reports on Title II lender/servicer mortgage delinquencies, defaults, and election-to-assign notifications for Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans and allows for management and oversight of HUD-insured FHA loans that go into default status. Approximately 350-400 individual users submit delinquent loan information to HUD through this system.
