JOB OPENINGS:

Sr. Project Manager/Program Manager

The Sr. Project Manager/Program Manager will provide the best service to our clients while mentoring a staff of professionals to make a difference. This position has the potential to lead and have hands-on involvement with multiple projects including but not limited to client management, resource management, budgetary tracking, monitoring deliverables, and staff development.

Basic Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manages the daily operation of the project(s) and ensures compliance of program processes, contractual obligations, policies, and procedures
• Effectively manages the clients’ expectations and tracks program processes to ensure superior performance and customer experience throughout the project/program
• Supervises staff throughout project(s) lifecycle(s) to ensure cost effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and contract compliance
• Develops, updates, improves and executes project/program processes, policies, and procedures to ensure superior performance throughout the program
• Plans and monitors project(s) and supervises staff throughout project(s) lifecycle(s) to ensure cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction
• Identifies potential business development opportunities
• Supports the development of proposals such as level of effort estimates, work break down structures, and analysis of the statement of work as needed
• Mentors Project Staff

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• PMP certification is required
• Master's Degree is preferred

Experience Required:

• 10 years of management experience with 8 years of federal project management experience
• Experience with Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) or Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS), preferably ARCHIBUS
• Experience managing full life cycle software development projects is required
• Experience with iterative development and RUP methodologies is required
• Lead Developer and/or software architecture experience is desired
• Large business experience desired
• Treasury/IRS experience preferred

Skills/Abilities:

• Computer skills including MS Office Suite and MS Project required
• ARCHIBUS experience preferred
• Must be a team player
