PYRAMID EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
New exempt full-time employees earn 10 days of annual leave. After three years of service with Pyramid, leave will increase to 15 days per year. After five years, leave will increase to 20 days per year.
New non-exempt full-time employees earn 5 days of annual leave. After three years of service with Pyramid, leave will increase to 10 days per year. After five years, leave will increase to 15 days per year.
All full-time employees are entitled to 40 hours (five days) per year of sick leave.
Pyramid observes ten (10) federal holidays each year. The holidays observed by Pyramid are:

- President's Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Columbus Day
- Veterans Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Pyramid offers group health and dental insurance to all new full-time employees and their families. Coverage begins on the first day of the month following date of hire.

All full-time Pyramid employees receive a company-paid life insurance policy in the amount of $50,000, and have a guaranteed buy up to $100,000.
Pyramid offers short-term (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) plans to all full-time employees.
Pyramid encourages regular full-time employees to improve their educational qualifications in subjects or fields of study that are related to their current jobs or likely future jobs. Employees are reimbursed up to $2,000 per calendar year for tuition inclusive of books.
Participation in a 401(k) retirement plan is available to all employees after completing their six months eligibility period. Pyramid will match the employee¡¦s 401(k) account contribution at $0.50 to the dollar up to 6% of the employee's annual salary. Employees may select from a variety of AXA-managed investment funds offering conservative to aggressive tax shelter savings strategies.
Pyramid offers an Employee Referral Award for leads resulting in the hiring of qualified candidates to fill eligible administrative, technical, and managerial positions.
Qualified Pyramid employees are eligible for year-end bonus based on their performance and whether or not the company's yearly financial objectives are met.
