JOB OPENINGS:

Software Engineer III

• Researches, designs, and develops software systems
• Leads and works with other software engineers to conduct software design and deliver quality software and required documentation on time
• Applies latest software development methodologies to assure the quality of the system
• Develops and executes software unit testing codes and integration tests
• Consults with customer concerning maintenance of software system
• Coordinates installation of software system
• Mentors junior software engineers

Qualifications:

• College Degree in related area and/or specialized training beyond high school
• Knowledge of Cold Fusion, COBOL, JAVA, J2EE or Actuate
• Experience with databases (Sybase or DB2)
• Four years experience in the field or in a related area
• Federal Government project experience desired
• U.S. Citizen or holding a current Green Card required
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Master several advanced programming languages
• Understand latest software development methodologies
• Resolve problems independently
• Strong analytical skills
• Good documentation and communication skills
